Trade and Warehouse

Comarch ERP Optima Invoices is a module dedicated to service companies, which facilitates the support of trade transactions. Thanks to full integration with other modules, data flow in the program is unlimited, which streamlines the support of payments and accounting processes.

The Comarch ERP Optima Invoices module makes it possible to:

• Issue sales invoices (watch a clip) and purchase invoices
• Print sales documents on a receipt printer for natural persons
• Handle transactions in PLN and other currencies
• Issue correcting documents (corrections of data, quantity, value (price), VAT rate, collective correction/discount)
• Sell/purchase goods using either standard payment forms (cash, bank transfer or compensation) or others defined by the user
• Keep a record of services, customers and vendors

The Trade Module allows you to:

• Issue different kinds of warehouse documents
• Add a company logo, printed out on dedicated sales invoice documents
• Run several warehouses simultaneously
• Specify inventory valuation methods for warehouses (FIFO, LIFO or AVCO)
• Perform inventories (see a clip)
• Carry out simple production
• Integrate directly with DPD delivery
• Circulate deposit containers
• Keep a record of carbon goods
• Create Intrastat declarations
• Cooperate with the KRD Economic Information Bureau in order to verify the credibility of customers or vendors
• Keep track of the transit of sensitive products with the use of SENT (see a clip)
• Run online sales (cooperation with Comarch ERP e-Shop, wszstko.pl)
• Cooperate with Comarch ERP Mobile Sales - an application for sales representatives
• Cooperate with receipt printers, cash registers, payment terminals, barcode scanners, data collectors, and label printers

The Comarch ERP Optima Trade Plus module contains all necessary functionalities for enterprises that carry out complex warehouse management.  

The Comarch ERP Optima Trade Plus module additionally makes it possible to:

• Assign received deliveries with particular lots, thanks to which the user may decide which delivery or item with specific features should be released from a warehouse first
• Issue purchase/sales invoices and receipts for items from different warehouses

The Comarch ERP Optima Retail module has been created to meet the requirements of retail points of sale. It enables the user to issue receipts and related sales invoices. The simplicity of use, cooperation with touchscreens and barcode scanners, and transparent interface make the retail sales window a perfect tool for shops, food courts, and trade companies. The application is integrated with other Comarch ERP Optima modules, with which it cooperates while handling sales

The Comarch Mobile Inventory application (available on Google Play) has been prepared to support the inventory process. Owing to that, a smartphone with a built-in camera can play the role of a mobile barcode scanner and data collector.

While working with the application, the user may create files with inventory data, which can then be quickly and easily uploaded to cloud storage (e.g. iBard24), sent to a selected e-mail address, or copied to a computer. The format of the resulting file is fully exchangeable in the Comarch ERP Optima system. As a result, this solution will work not only during an inventory, but also during the creation of other trade and warehouse documents.

The Comarch ERP Optima Cash & Bank module makes it possible to:

• Handle any number of cash registers and bank accounts, including in foreign currencies
• Define any payment forms
• Calculate documents in different currencies, as long as one of those documents is issued in PLN, and the other in a foreign currency
• Automatically create exchange rate differences upon calculating documents in a foreign currency
• Generate compensation documents
• Calculate documents from a list of unpaid documents in a batch, for a single or several subjects
• Calculate documents from a payment estimate in a batch
• Issue late fees, dunning letters and balance confirmations
• Exchange data electronically with banks through both export of transfers to a file and import of processed transfers from a file provided by a bank (see a clip)
• Exchange data with banks through webservices
• Create a collective summary of revenues and expenses on particular days, both those already entered (records) and planned (events) - calendar

The Comarch ERP Optima Cash & Bank Plus Module Additionally Makes it Possible to:

• Run a currency warehouse (current valuation of transactions on bank accounts or currency cash registers,
• Calculate business trips - both domestic and international
• Create complex lists of permissions and blocks for program users.
