What Is Comarch AI Control Desk Product?

Comarch AI Control Desk is a dedicated part of Intelligent Service Desk, focused on the supervision of results of machine learning use cases realized by the AI module in different Comarch products. AI Control Desks supports the following use cases:

  • Automated situation detection
  • Automated problem detection
  • Automated baseline generation and anomaly detection
  • Knowledge accumulation

They are the most common Use Cases in the assurance area, and their automation brings the most benefits. To support these use cases, AI Control Desk utilizes the standard mechanisms provided by OSS Service Desk, i.e. checklists to propose the best possible actions required to solve an identified incident, problem or anomaly. AI Control Desk also monitors which actions have been selected by the operator, in order that the algorithm can gain additional training for implementation in future situations. The mechanism works like recommendations in your favourite online bookstore, but instead of books the system analyzes recovery actions available for the network and service operators.
