Comarch will be hosting an after-work networking event at the InterContinental San Francisco Hotel on May 1, 2014. The unique event will bring together professionals and thought leaders to showcase innovation in the loyalty industry, with the main highlight of the evening being the Loyalty Lions’ Den.

The Loyalty Lions’ Den will give four loyalty-related startups or small businesses the opportunity to deliver a five-minute sales pitch to a panel of “lions,” loyalty-industry executives serving as judges, in front of a live audience. The lions will ask the presenters questions about their product or service and provide honest feedback based on their knowledge of the industry. The company with the best product or service – in terms of innovation, ROI and overall potential – will then be chosen by the lions, receiving a credit for $10,000 in sponsorship and advertising.

The Loyalty Lions’ Den will feature the following lions:

  • Jerry Filipiak, CEO, Comarch Inc.
  • Peter Van Dorn, president and co-founder, PointsHound
  • Gemma Merced, director of client implementation (offers and loyalty), Visa
  • Phil Seward, director of guest loyalty, Virgin America

And the lions will be judging the following pitching companies:

  • 500friends
  • Outside the Box Marketing
  • GameMiles
  • LEAP4LIFE

Registration for the event is free of charge. Complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres will also be served throughout the night.
