It is with great sadness that Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs of the death of a Member of the Management Board of Comarch S.A., Mr. Paweł Prokop. In connection with the above, as of the 10th of March, 2023, the mandate of Mr. Paweł Prokop as Vice-President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A. expires. Paweł Prokop was a member of the Management Board of Comarch S.A. since 1996.
