The Management Board of Comarch S.A. announces that on the December 30, 2021, it received from a person acting as a managing person a notification of transactions referred to in Article 19 par. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council No. 596/2014 dated the 16th of April, 2014, on market abuse.
