Comarch places particular emphasis on the quality of its products and services in order to meet increasingly demanding client expectations.
Comarch has been awarded a number of certificates as a result of our efforts to improve and develop the company's Quality Management System. Comarch has received the following Certificates:
- Integrated Management System of Quality (PN-EN ISO 9001:2009), Information Security (PN-ISO/IEC 27001:2014-12), Environment (PN-EN ISO14001:2005) and Occupational Health and Safety (PN-EN 18001:2004 - convergent with the provisions of the International Labour Organisation guide: "Guidelines on occupational safety and health management systems" [ILO-OSH 2001]),
- Management System - Internal Control System in conformance with Criteria of WSK,
- Management System in conformance with the requirements of AQAP 2110:2009 NATO Quality Assurance Requirements for Design, Development and Production and AQAP 2210:2015 NATO Supplementary Software Quality Assurance requirements to AQAP 2110.
The certificates of Integrated Management System and Internal Control System were issued by the Polish Center for Testing and Certification (PCBC). Certification body for the AQAP system in Comarch is the Quality Certification Center (Military University of Technology).

An efficiently functioning system guarantees that all processes are verified for effectiveness and efficiency, are constantly being improved upon and can be adapted to fluctuating market conditions, technological advancements are undertaken and specific client requirements are observed.
