Igepa Group decided to optimize their current digital archive solutions. Once they encountered usability problems with handling of the existing solution, they realized that there is a room for improvement.

Comarch Document Management solution implemented for Igepa Group provides a number of functionalities. The solution allows for the import of documents from mailboxes of different employees and multiple hard drives. Files can also be imported from the ERP system. Moreover, a dedicated plugin to Siebel CRM enables easy import and export of documents directly to/from Comarch’s solution.
