JetBlue Airways is a value American airline with its headquarters located in New York; the company offers connections to over seventy cities in twenty USA states, as well as to the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico and Puerto Rico. The JB fleet includes nearly 200 aircraft, composed of Airbus A320and Embraer E190s.
One of the largest value airlines in the U.S., JetBlue trusted Comarch with managing its loyalty system. The project consisted of implementing the Comarch CLM FFP loyalty system and integrating it with the existing IT systems of JetBlue, including a booking system called Navitaire, as well as another booking system called Sable and the maintenance of the entire environment.
The equipment and system platform dedicated to the CLM system was implemented in the Data Center (DC) in Chicago and in a backup location in another Data Center in Columbus.
The systems in both locations are administered remotely by Comarch engineers in Krakow, Poland. Since October 2010, the project has been covered with an ISAE 3402 audit (formerly SAS70 type II). The project includes the production environment, as well as the testing and DR environment situated in the second DC where the data is replicated securely from the primary center.
Comarch Data Centers are modern data processing and storage facilities used as an alternative for companies to expanding their IT infrastructure resources.
