    Yes. Comarch provides absolute data residency. We operate our own proprietary as well as certified colocation Partners TIER III data centers across the EU, US, and SE Asia. You select the specific sovereign location for your instances, and we guarantee (contractually and technically) that both storage and processing remain within that jurisdiction.

    Of course, the customer may migrate their data at their own discretion, in accordance with the Shared Responsibility Model (SSRM) framework.
