Bolsius specializes in the manufacture of candles in all shapes and sizes. It’s rich history has led the company to become Europe’s largest candle manufacturer. Production began in 1870, since when focus on specialization, quality and the steady development of its product range over the years has always allowed Bolsius to meet the prevailing market trends. Now, the family business exports its candles to more than 50 countries around the world and has more than 1000 employees.

Due to the Bolsius’ constantly growing business activities, paper documents became too numerous to handle.

Until 2011, the ordering and delivery processes at Bolsius ran on traditional channels (email, fax and paper). In order to increase the transparency of internal processes and optimize cooperation with suppliers, central control of all organizational processes was sought.

Very good cooperation between the Bolsius and Comarch project teams had a significant impact
on the success of the project.

Since January 2021, Bolsius has been implementing another Comarch solution, namely a sales force
application (SFA) for its employees in Poland, the Benelux region and Germany. The project can be
extended further as needed.
