Belmond Group Chooses Comarch to Update its E-invoicing and E-archiving Systems

Since 1976, the Belmond group has consolidated its role among the international leaders in the luxury sector. In fact, for over 40 years it has been managing hotels, trains, river cruises and safaris in magnificent destinations around the world, ensuring a unique and unforgettable experience for its guests.

Thanks to its experience in the hospitality sector, Comarch was selected by Belmond as a provider for its comprehensive e-invoicing management services, covering both e-invoicing and e-archiving.

In order to update their accounting system, Belmond Group needed to adopt a platform that would integrate properly with the system, to simplify the sending of invoices to SDI (Sistema di Interscambio)1 and archiving them.

Comarch's proposal for a simple, yet very strong implementation process convinced Belmond Group to choose Comarch as a provider. The solution will be integrated into various Belmond Group hotels across Italy.

Comarch e-Invoicing optimizes and automates all active and passive billing processes to enable the secure and efficient exchange of documents with all business partners and customers, and complies with the latest legal regulations and modern standards for data transfer.

Comarch e-Archive allows users to archive and manage invoices of the active and passive cycle for the retention period required by law (10 years in the case of Italy), improving productivity and reducing operating costs.
