1. How much does Comarch Infraspace Cloud cost?
Comarch Cloud Infraspace has a simple and transparent pricing model that shows you exactly what you pay for. More specifically, when it comes to our cloud solution, you pay only for what you are actually using. There is no minimum fee. 2. How will I be charged and billed for the use of my Comarch Infraspace Cloud?
There are no set-up fees or commitments for starting to use our service. At the end of each month, you will be charged automatically. You can check your usage for the current billing period at any time – simply log into your Infraspace Cloud account.
3. Why do prices vary depending on a region?
This is due to the fact that in some places in the world we ourselves bear lower costs. For example, our expenses are lower in the Polish region than in the German region.
4. How does Comarch pricing compare to your competitors?
Comarch’s pricing is very attractive. Simply, use our calculator to estimate your price and see the difference for yourself.
5. Does Comarch offer any discounts?
Our goal is to provide the best solution possible for the best price. That is why Comarch Infraspace Cloud is both robust and affordable. However, we DO offer discounts for the large-scale users and the long-term ones. We also offer discounts for our additional services, presented by Comarch as Managed Services. 6. Do your prices include tax?
Except for the otherwise noted, our prices are exclusive of taxes and duties.
7. If I have two instances in different availability zones, how will I be charged for data transfer?
There is no additional charge for data transfer neither between our regions nor availability zones.
8. Is technical support included in your price, or does it require an extra fee?
