Our company was selected as the IT provider and advisor in a process of upgrading their existing frequent flying “Miles and Smiles” system. We will work together to arrange this already successful programme to be even more inviting to the present-day passengers and to exceed their expectations by granting access to an extensive network of attractive affiliates all over the world.
Taking into the consideration the massive scale of this endeavour as Turkish Airlines have at their disposal flights to over 260 destinations with fleet over 280 aircrafts and last year it carried over 54,7 million passengers – we perceive it as a tremendous challenge and excellent moment to demonstrate our high-class quality services. The core of the transformation operations will consist of the groundbreaking step of migrating 5.5 million members of the previous programme into the Comarch Loyalty Management. Enriched with our versatile and innovative approach, the solution will provide easily adaptable functionalities created for convenient customer data administration and will serve as a source of applicable customer knowledge.
