It is always a proud moment for us when companies that we work with get appreciated for the quality of their Loyalty programmes. At Loyalty 2015, an important industry event held by Airline Business and Global Flight in Istanbul, two of our business partners were honoured with coveted prizes, that were awarded by the jury of top loyalty management specialists.
JetBlue airlines was the winner of the prestigious Technology category, thanks to the introduction of Comarch’s Engagement solutions into TrueBlue loyalty programme. The judges noticed an outstanding reception of our Gamification platform that is based on a system of encouraging programme members to collect Badges through various social online activities. The award recognizes that this solution brings advantages not only to the customers, who can enjoy the fun process of gaining incentives from their regular online activity, but also for JetBlue, combining gaining notoriety and gathering valuable data that can be useful in incisive customer analysis.
Azul Airlines was acknowledged in the Partnership category for supplementing their loyalty programme TudoAzul with a co-branded credit card of Itau- a renowned banking institution. This cooperation gives loyalty members an assortment of benefits such as programme rewards or ticket discounts. Therefore, the panel of experts singled out this feature, seeing it as a great expansion of loyalty strategy and a significant business leverage.
Those accolades are a priceless achievement of our partners. It is a very gratifying feeling to know that Comarch’s solutions can contribute to our customers’ success and that their loyalty initiatives are perceived as one of the best on the market.
