We are happy to announce that Vietnam Airlines, the flag airline of Vietnam and the primary carrier in Southeast Asia – and one of Comarch’s clients – has been recognized at this year’s Loyalty & Engagement Awards, organised by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE. The event honors the best loyalty marketing strategies in the South Asia, Southeast Asia and ANZ regions.
Listed among some of the top businesses from many different industries, Vietnam Airlines won bronze in the “Best Loyalty Program Travel & Hospitality” category. The award categories covered the full spectrum of the loyalty and engagement cycle. All entries were evaluated and judged by a panel of experienced loyalty, engagement, and relationship marketers and industry experts.
Vietnam Airlines’ win is especially significant for all of us at Comarch, as we provide the company with our loyalty management technology and professional business support. Since May 2021, Vietnam Airlines has been using the For Travel Edition of Comarch Loyalty Management – a modern platform that enables users to build and run immersive loyalty programs and create personalized product offers and promotions – to redesign and improve its frequent flyer program called “Lotusmiles”.
