True Value Company, one of the world’s largest retailer-owned wholesale hardware cooperatives, partnered with Comarch on solutions for comprehensive management of customer relations and support for marketing activities and implemented Comarch Loyalty Management to enhance its loyalty program, True Value Rewards.

Comarch successfully provided True Value with a loyalty management platform consisting of several modules: Business Administration, Contact Center and Customer Web Application. Moreover, Comarch – a Polish software house and IT services provider – developed the True Value Rewards retailer website to manage the program at the store level. The whole system is hosted in the Comarch Data Center and maintained by Comarch’s support team.
