True Value Company, one of the world’s largest retailer-owned wholesale hardware cooperatives, partnered with Comarch on solutions for comprehensive management of customer relations and support for marketing activities and implemented Comarch Loyalty Management to enhance its loyalty program, True Value Rewards.
Comarch successfully provided True Value with a loyalty management platform consisting of several modules: Business Administration, Contact Center and Customer Web Application. Moreover, Comarch – a Polish software house and IT services provider – developed the True Value Rewards retailer website to manage the program at the store level. The whole system is hosted in the Comarch Data Center and maintained by Comarch’s support team.
“Offering a variety of options for retailers is very important for a successful loyalty program,” said Erin Korous, Director of Loyalty Marketing at True Value. “At its core, True Value Rewards does just that. Each True Value store integrates the loyalty program independently and customizes it for that specific location and the preferences of its customers. Comarch Loyalty Management is an advanced tool that provides progressive technical capabilities, ease of integration and solution flexibility, which are all needed to properly support True Value Rewards.”
