How to use the omnichannel approach to enhance your loyalty program? Comarch and KFC explained it all during our workshop at Tech for Retail 2023.
On November 28-29, Comarch participated in the Tech for Retail conference – the European trade show for retail, fashion, luxury e-commerce, and consumer goods professionals. The annual event is dedicated to innovations, responsible eco-solutions, and technologies that can revolutionize the retail industry. From supply chain to customer loyalty management, the conference boasts the most groundbreaking tools to facilitate the entire sales and post-sales process.
Tech for Retail was a two-day event filled with many insightful presentations, speeches, and discussions. Attendees raised a variety of industry-related subjects, such as tips for successful digitization of logistics, leveraging the power of 3D and virtual reality, and the impact of AI on the retail sector. The conference was also a great opportunity to present some real-life brand success stories – including the case of Comarch and KFC’s loyalty project.
This was described in detail by Clémence Raidin (CRM & Loyalty Consultant, Comarch) and Antoine Rucho (Head of E-commerce & CRM, KFC France), who hosted a workshop dubbed “Omnichannel, integrated, real-time loyalty program: the inspiring story of KFC France.” Their lecture highlighted KFC’s loyalty program evolution and Comarch’s technology that made it possible. Together, Raidin and Rucho showed how to create unique and memorable experiences in the fast-food chain by incorporating modern tools.
