This year marked the 5th edition of the South African Loyalty Awards – an annual competition to celebrate the most prominent talents and ground-breaking solutions in the SA loyalty landscape. We’re happy to share that one of Comarch Clients – Old Mutual Rewards (Commended) – have been recognized during the ceremony.
In 2023, the South African Loyalty Awards 2023 were given in 18 categories, showcasing the best loyalty programs, innovations, data applications, agencies, vendors, and marketing campaigns in the region. Each participant was thoroughly judged against the criteria measuring loyalty and CRM efficacy, commercial results, and customer experience by a well-established committee, with Amanda Cromhout – Truth’s CEO – as the Judging Chair.
We’re very proud to announce that Old Mutual Rewards has been honored with the Commended title as Short-Term Loyalty Marketing Campaign of the Year.
The ceremony was specifically important to us since Comarch was the Platinum Sponsor of the Leaders in the Loyalty Summit, during which the South African Loyalty Awards were given. Attracting over 160 participants, the event in Cape Town was a fantastic networking opportunity and a chance for loyalty professionals worldwide to connect and exchange ideas.
Comarch’s loyalty team was represented by Jakub Socha, Marlena Półrola, Piotr Koliński, and Wojciech Kempny, who also accompanied Amanda Cromhout in the Q&A section of the Summit to share his experience and knowledge on scanning, preventing, and combating loyalty frauds.
It was a great evening – for both our awarded clients and all participants who had the chance to mingle with loyalty’s hottest names and enjoy the complimentary copy of Amanda Cromhout’s excellent book, “Blind Loyalty” with Comarch’s original bookmarks.
