Comarch Corporate Flyer, Comarch Smart Portal for Airlines and Comarch Community Portal are three new products that make up Comarch Travel CRM Airline Suite.

Comarch Corporate Flyer is the system that allows the launch of a dedicated loyalty scheme for hi-yield corporate travellers. It allows accrual of a loyalty currency to a corporate account for all business travel with an airline independent of an employee’s membership in the airline’s FFP. Points or miles granted can be redeemed for awards to any person that is designated by the account owner. The program runs independently from an airline’s FFP thus rewarding an airline’s most valuable customers to an even greater extent.

Comarch Smart Portal for Airlines is a web portal possessing all the features required by both hub&spoke as well as low-cost carriers. The product consists of a variety of functional areas that can be combined freely with each other. Apart from standard functionalities covering the acquisition of information and the booking of flights, the solution offers a low-fare search engine that attracts price-sensitive customers. The Virtual Assistant helps infrequent travellers deal with all booking and check-in related processes.

Comarch Community Portal allows every user to create a community profile with unlimited options for updates, upload of an avatar graphic, adding people as friends and sending messages to other portal users. Friends can be categorized and invited to create sub-communities. Communication is built upon a forum which can include the travel guides of an airline’s destinations along with practical tips regarding air travel. Users can also specify an arrival and departure time for a city and the portal automatically searches for friends who will be in the same place at the same time. Integrating with a Business Intelligence tool – like Comarch Smart Analytics – allows to measure the  community’s sensitivity to selected promotional campaigns or new offers.
