Closing Account from Mobile App
Your Members gain a new way to close their account. Starting with the latest version of our mobile app, they can do it on their own directly through the app’s interface, without the necessity to contact the program operator. You can select which channels (App + Customer Care or Customer Care only) are available.
Reward Image Upload
An option to import rewards images to catalog in bulk. Available using an Excel file, sFTP, and Data Hub or standard LMC Reward import file.
Changes in the API
We have added points expiration forecast to B2B API. Also, to allow for better tracing of POS activities, CashierID is now available in our gateway. It shows up in transactions details as well as a number of reports.
Phone Number and Phone Number Prefix
Throughout the ecosystem we have validation changes in this area. Both have to be set as mandatory or the default prefix must be used. This is required to send communication properly.
We kindly remind you that LMC supports up to four versions of our robust API. The recommended API version is API v2. Please make sure you upgrade the below mentioned API versions (if currently used), as they won't be supported and some of your loyalty program processes may not work properly:
