On September 14th, the loyalty and CRM consultancy agency Truth organized its annual Leaders in Loyalty conference. Now, it’s time to look back at what the event taught us and how we can use these insights to propel our marketing strategy in 2024.
The Leaders in Loyalty 2023 took place in Cape Town and hosted over 160 delegates with 20 expert speakers. It was a conference for all marketing and loyalty professionals interested in discovering the latest industry trends. While the event was strongly focused on the South African loyalty scene, it gave participants a sneak peek into what strategies and tendencies are expected to emerge in the general loyalty marketing realm.
The conference also revealed the winners of the South African Loyalty Awards – a competition for the most prominent talents and top-performing programs across industries like retail, finance, and travel.
