We’re proud to share that one of Comarch’s clients, Etihad Airways, was recently acknowledged at the 2023 Loyalty & Awards. Its loyalty initiative took the win in the “Best Use of Technology” category, which aims to recognize innovations in the field of IT. The panel of judges decided to distinguish Etihad for its creative integration of technology into the company’s corporate strategy as a way to help achieve its business directives.
The award was given during the ceremony part of the Loyalty & Awards 2023 conference, which took place on October 9-11 in Rio de Janeiro. The two-and-a-half-day event was a celebration of the most important solutions, providers, ideas, and milestones in the field of loyalty. It was filled with workshops, presentations, and discussions about the state and the future of the industry. The keynote speakers addressed issues such as the role of technology and sustainability in modern marketing strategies in travel.
The Loyalty & Awards conference, which attracted around 250 participants, was a great opportunity to bring together airlines, hotels, and suppliers in the travel loyalty industry.
