July 12, 2011 Chicago, IL - Comarch Inc., US subsidiary of Comarch SA, and Azul Brazilian Airlines have signed a five year contract for implementation of two of Comarch's flagship solutions: Comarch Loyalty Management for Airlines and Comarch Smart Analytics. Both solutions will support Azul's Frequent Flyer Program. Under the agreement, Comarch provides Azul the software as well as maintenance and support.

At this time, Azul and Comarch hold back from releasing details of the agreement.
