Our team had an absolute blast in Atlanta this year at NACS 2023. The event was massive, boasting many of the biggest players in the convenience store space. Whenever we weren’t at our booth fielding questions about our awesome loyalty solutions, our team spent four long days making connections throughout the entire floorspace of the Georgia World Congress Center. To say the event was “star-studded” would be an understatement, as major names like Hulk Hogan, 2x NBA Slam Dunk Champion Dominique Wilkins, and NFL superstars Matt Ryan and Rob Gronkowski were in attendance.
But it wasn’t all about meeting sporting VIPs, as the real MVP of the event was emerging tech. The National Association for Convenience Stores (NACS) did not disappoint. Self-checkout innovations, green initiatives, and pet products all stood out – with many potential clients showcasing their own spin on customer experience with interactive games to draw people in. We got to see loyalty values applied to an event.
Overall, the experience was well worth it. We made incredible connections, built fruitful relationships, and achieved a great deal of brand awareness in the process. We can’t wait for CRMC 2024 in Las Vegas, where we can continue to learn about trends in the convenience store space, meet even more colleagues, and strengthen our industry connections.
