CRMC 2023 was a resounding success. We left Chicago feeling motivated and equipped to transform customer experiences like never before. Industry leaders, marketing professionals, and loyalty experts from established brands gathered at the Hilton for three days of expertise exchange, collaboration, and networking.
The Customer Relations Management Conference (CRMC) was a bustling hub of industry gurus and inspiring guest speakers. Our very own Comarch Lounge was a hotspot for thought leadership and actionable insights, bringing together a diverse range of loyalty and customer relations specialists to discuss what the future holds. When we weren’t attending branding events or retail presentations, we spent time at the Comarch Lounge -- sharing loyalty ideas with fellow branding pros and fielding questions about Comarch.
Although we’re sad that the event is now over, we cannot wait for next year. We had the chance to meet so many extraordinary new colleagues in the loyalty industry, learning all about their needs and experiences along the way.
