Customer loyalty reimagined – that was the theme of the 2023 Loyalty Summit London conference, where Comarch, as a Golden Sponsor, took part in a very important discussion about the future of loyalty trends and solutions. The one-day event was a great opportunity for senior-level marketers worldwide to network, exchange ideas, and reinvent the travel loyalty landscape.

Our representatives, Piotr Kozłowski and Jakub Winiarski, shared their experience and knowledge at Comarch’s stand, where they interacted with other C-level executives and loyalty experts.

The Loyalty Summit London 2023 was a very insightful event that tackled some of the industry’s most pressing points and challenges. From eco-conscious initiatives to technology that shapes customer loyalty, it was a great chance to learn about the future of loyalty and mingle with decision-makers from the world’s most successful loyalty programs.
