On September 1st 2015 starts “Annual Mega Event Asia-Pacific” – a two-day conference focused on customer engagement and loyalty programs in travel business and airlines. Lectures, presentations and panel discussions will be divided into three areas: frequent flyers program, merchandising and co-branded credit cards.
One of the speakers will be Piotr Kozłowski, Comarch CRM & Marketing, Consulting Director.
The main focus of interest of the conference will be the development of the tourism industry in the Asia-Pacific region. Over 130 participants, so entrepreneurs, representatives of airports, airlines and catering companies and retail will discuss how to increase revenues from sales of goods and services provided.
During the conference, Piotr Kozłowski will be presenting the topic: "What is the True Purpose of a Loyalty Program?". The speaker will present what tools are needed to build a successful loyalty program that effectively encourage travelers.
