Loyalty Circle London brings senior loyalty and marketing leaders to KOL on 14 October for an expert lunch on agentic AI. Experts from Comarch Loyalty and Loyalty & Reward Co will lead the conversation on how to turn AI agents that shop for your members into an advantage for your program.

Your next member may send an AI agent to shop for them

On 14 October, Loyalty Circle comes to London for an expert lunch at KOL, the one-Michelin-star restaurant on Seymour Street. The theme is "Upgrading to unstoppable AI," and the session at its center asks a question most loyalty roadmaps haven't caught up with yet: what happens to your program when personal AI agents start shopping on your members' behalf?

That question got very real this autumn, with the launches of new Meta, Muse, and OpenAI agents. Even though AI has been a hot topic for a couple of years now, it’s a starting point, and it'll only grow.

What the room will work through

The main session, "Before agentic loyalty: what you need to keep in mind to turn it into your advantage," runs from 12:10 to 12:45 and covers three things:

  • Where AI pays back today. The places AI in loyalty already delivers real ROI, and why most programs only scratch the surface.
  • Getting chosen by an agent. What changes when personal AI agents shop for your members, and whether your program is built to be the one they pick.
  • Designing for two audiences. Human members respond to recognition, surprise, and a sense of belonging. Agents respond to value they can compute and redemptions that reliably work. For the next few years, your program has to serve both

There's a short list of properties that decide whether an agent can find, read, and trust your program. We'll save that for the room.

Who's on the mic

Four people who spend their working days on loyalty strategy will lead the conversation:

  • Philip Shelper, CEO & Founder at Loyalty & Reward Co
  • Hunter Murray, Principal Consultant Europe at Loyalty & Reward Co
  • Tsvetozar Aleksandrov, Loyalty & Customer Experience Strategy Advisor at Comarch Loyalty
  • Łukasz Dubiel, Consulting Director, Loyalty Solutions at Comarch Loyalty

The conversation carries on over lunch

We start with a welcome at 12:00. After the talk, the discussion moves to the table: lunch and networking run from 12:45 to 14:00, followed by coffee, delicacies, and final discussions until 14:30.

Around that table, you'll find senior leaders, executives, and decision-makers who run loyalty and customer experience at major brands. Expect to compare notes with people solving the same problems you are, and to leave with a few new contacts worth keeping.
