EDI Managed Services - What are they, exactly?

They are dedicated tools that give you full control over data exchange processes in the supply chain. You can use them to verify if your documents are correct and complete, fill in the missing entries automatically, convert any file to a format required by your partners, send your files to multiple recipients at the same time, and much more.

Using an intuitive web application, you can monitor the statuses of all processed documents and react quickly in case of unexpected errors (or documents being lost). Of course, you don't need to check the app every 5 minutes - if there's any problem, you will receive a notification via e-mail. 

No matter what channels you use - we support various communication protocols (including SFTP, AS2, FTP/VPN, and OFTP) and API communication with various e-commerce platforms so that you can communicate effectively with your partners and clients.
