The Management Board of Comarch S.A. announces that on the 19th of March, 2024, they received from a person acting as a managing person notifications of transactions referred to in Article 19 par. 8 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council No. 596/2014 dated the 16th of April, 2014, on market abuse.
