RB-15-2023 Further Delegation of a Member of the Supervisory Board, PhD Anna Pruska, to Temporarily Perform the duties of the President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A.
With reference to current report no. RB-14-2023 from the 2nd of October, 2023, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that, acting pursuant to Art. 383 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code and Art. 19 section 2 point 6) of the Company's Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. decided to further delegate PhD Anna Pruska, a member of the Supervisory Board, to temporarily perform the duties of the President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A.
The delegation is for a period of two months starting from the expiration of the previous posting period, i.e., for the period from the 3rd of November, 2023 to the 2nd of January, 2024.
