RB-14-2023 Delegating a member of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Anna Pruska, to temporarily perform the duties of the President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A.
The Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that, acting pursuant to Art. 383 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code and art. 19 section 2 point 6) of the Company's Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. delegates Dr. Anna Pruska, a member of the Supervisory Board, to temporarily perform the duties of the President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A.
The delegation referred to above takes place for a period of one month from the date of adoption of this resolution, i.e. from the 2nd of October, 2023 to the 2nd of November, 2023.
