Comarch and PPL Koral, Poland's largest producer of ice cream, have signed an agreement to implement Comarch SFA.

The project includes the implementation of mobile applications, based on the Google Android operating system, for Koral sales representatives and directors. The agreement was signed for three years and the implementation in Poland will include both traditional and web channels.

- The main emphasis of implementing Comarch SFA was to gather information regarding stock levels located in retail outlets and stores. A Koral representative carries out tasks dedicated for particular regions, point of sales and retail chains. Even as early as during the initial implementation stage, Koral confirmed the benefits of reorganizing their sales processes thanks to having one place to collect data regarding the market, their products and Points of Sale – says Rafał Żelazko, Implementation Department Manager at Comarch.

- The ongoing changes and transformations in the market requires that staff need to work on new and modern tools. One of these tools is Comarch SFA. The implementation was carried out by specialists from Comarch in a professional manner and successfully met the expectations of all our users - says Tadeusz Zielinski, who oversees the IT department at PPL Coral.
