Comarch will speak at the 3rd Customer Experience Management in Telecoms Global Summit, which takes place in London between the 22nd - 24th of January, 2013.

Comarch’s OSS Consulting Manager, Jakub Zaluski-Kapusta, will hold a presentation at the event, where an overview of various sources of information regarding products, services and customers will be discussed in terms of how to improve customer experience. The presentation will also focus on OSS/BSS integration – how to align business and technical aspects for a full picture of the customer. Some case studies, based on transformation projects for Tier 1 European telecoms, will also be presented to highlight how this approach works in practice.
