Comarch will sponsor the 2010 Loyalty Expo during which it will conduct a workshop. The event is organized by Loyalty 360 and will take place from June 6 through June 8, 2010 in Orlando, Florida.

The 3rd annual Loyalty Expo will focus on best practices related to customer engagement, loyalty and rewards in the context of the challenging economic times.

On the first day of the expo Comarch will lead a workshop titled, “Look Beyond the Superficial: Find Your Perfect Loyalty Partner.”  The main goal of the workshop is to help businesses find their perfect partners to their loyalty programs. The workshop will be conducted by Marcin Kosciak, the VP of Enterprise Marketing Management Solutions at Comarch, and will be divided onto two parts: a speed dating game and a presentation. During the game participants will share their ideas and experiences of creating the perfect partnership. The second part of the workshop will be a presentation given by Mr. Kosciak, an expert in multi-partner programs. In his presentation, Mr. Kosciak will focus on the negative and positive aspects of partnerships, key characteristics to look for in a partner, division of responsibilities between partners and ways to work through possible crisis.

The results of the game, as well as the presentation, will be available for review by the general public after the event.
