On January 23rd, over 200 experts, decision-makers, and project owners from the retail & e-commerce community gathered in Jakarta to discuss the latest industry innovations and share their top ideas on how to enhance engagement and CX in the online shopping realm. The goal of the Summit was to “bring together companies aiming to play a significant role in shaping the future of e-commerce and retail.”
