Loyalty Marketing Cloud – March Releases (LMC 2.0)
We are thrilled to inform you that Comarch Loyalty Marketing Cloud, our end-to-end platform for building and managing immersive loyalty programs & marketing campaigns, has just received a big update! The latest version ( LMC 2.0) brings a lot of brand-new features – and a number of significant enhancements to the existing functionalities – that will allow users to greatly improve their customer engagement strategies.

New API v3
We are introducing a new API version, so the LMC has changed its versioning number. All new features are going to be implemented only in the latest version, so if you want to use them – prepare new integrations with our system. Don’t worry, though, the previous API v2 will be supported until 31.03.2024.
Enrollment using email or mobile phone number
As a program owner, you are now able to decide whether the mandatory, unique data, that will be required in the enrollment, will be a mobile phone number or an email address. Thanks to this, you can make the enrollment process easier for your members and adjusted to your business model. Please note that this feature is only available in API v3.
Messages about exceeding the limit of the number of points
To ensure exceptional customer experience, you should always provide transparent rules and communication with your members. When anti-fraud rules are triggered, the system will automatically send a message directly to a member, informing them that awarding points or redemption is not possible due to the rule. This feature is available in API v2 and API v3.
Now you are able to represent any product existing in LMC by an image. You can to upload the image via the admin panel and use it in marketing communication. Additionally, we will soon implement a mass import function.
We kindly remind you that LMC supports limited versions of our robust API. The recommended API version is API v3. Please make sure you upgrade the API versions mentioned below (if currently used), as they won't be supported and some of your loyalty program processes may not work properly:
