As a leader in loyalty, Comarch will be attending the conference that for many years proved to be the industry’s main get together to discuss the most innovative loyalty trends. This year Comarch is also sending its expert to present at the seminar and to attend the discussion panel.
Marcin Kosciak, Comarch’s VP of Consulting, will be presenting a case study along Julio Sato, Head of Loyalty and CRM at Azul Brazilian Airlines. The two speakers will be exploring the topic of partnership in the presentation entitled: Smart Analytics – how Azul and Comarch are Turning FFP Data into Bottom Line Profit. Their case study presentation will offer insights into Comarch’s implementation of the Comarch Loyalty Management solution in the re-design of Azul’s frequent flyer program – Tudo Azul. Marcin Kosciak was also invited to take part in one of the conference panel discussions called Is Your Program to Old? – a debate that will be exploring the reason behind re-launching loyalty programs.
