Comarch will sponsor and present at the 2011 CMO Forum that is taking place in Chicago on September 27. The event will focus on the current need of “doing more with less” which for marketers means cutting expenses and finding new ways of saving money while increasing customer loyalty of the most profitable customers.

The one day event is filled with valuable information from the most successful practitioners in the marketing industry.  Marcin Kosciak, Comarch’s VP of Enterprise Marketing Management, will moderate a panel discussion devoted to the subject of data, metrics and analytics in the marketing decision making process. The panelists are: John Parker, Chief Marketing Offices at Zurich NA, Heather Passe, Vice President of Customer Relationship Management at Carlson Hotels Worldwide, Fabian Pereira, Vice President at Johnsonville Sausage, David Polston, VP Branding at Motorola Mobility and Dee Warmath SVP at NPD Group. The panel discussion will take place between 9:30am and 10:10am.

Other topics that will be discussed during the forum are: branding innovation, recent social media issue of customer unsubscriptions and unfollows, integration of social media into the marketing mix, changing role of the CMO or next generation media and the marketing mix. 

The organizers anticipate over 100 participants; we will see CMO’s of public and private large and mid-sized retail, consumer products corporations and financial institutions.
