Air Austral, the airline of Reunion island, has chosen the Comarch Loyalty Management for Airlines 4.3 (CLM) platform to enrich its frequent flyer program "Capricorn."

As part of the project of developing its frequent flyer program, Air Austral is looking for a significant enhancement of its current loyalty proposition in order to provide an exceptional customer experience, and thus to become distinctive on the highly competitive aviation market.

The project will focus on the implementation of various modules offered by the Comarch CLM solution: Business Administration, Contact Center, Business to Partner Portal, enhanced Member Portal, as well as the Mobile Application, which is becoming a more and more important customer facing element of airline loyalty programs.

The new program will enable customers to collect points according to their spending with Air Austral but also with other non-airlines partners, to be then exchanged for award tickets, as well as exclusive offers among future program partners (hotels, car rentals, bank…)

Comarch Loyalty Management for Airlines is a new generation system that supports airline loyalty programs. This modular IT Solution enables smooth management of all kinds of loyalty programs and any type of airline, be it legacy, regional, low cost or a hybrid carrier, whose aim is to build a multi-partner proposition and leverage the airline brand.

According to Air Austral, a user friendly platform and its broad functional scope, as well as a proven record of loyalty references in the market convinced Air Austral to select Comarch as the new loyalty vendor.
The program will be re-launched by the end of 2014.
