Comarch has decided to continue the development of structures in the Middle East. The company has recognized the potential of the region and the significant increase in demand for specialized IT solutions.

Comarch was recently ranked in the European Commission’s "EU Industrial R & D Investment Scoreboard". The European Commission has just presented its annual report on its undertakings and spending on research and development. For the first time a company from the European Union was number one on the list. Only four Polish companies appeared in the report.

For the third year in a row, Comarch has been highly placed in the Truffle 100 ranking. The ranking presents the hundred largest European leaders from the IT industry who provide services for businesses.

The founder and CEO of Comarch SA, Professor Janusz Filipiak was awarded the IEEE Communications Society Distinguished Industry Leader Award for 2012.

The Polish software house Comarch has opened a new data center in Dresden. The investment, worth 12 million euro, was financed mostly by Comarch. 2 million euro came from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The opening ceremony on 26 April 2013 was attended by the Prime Minister of Saxony, Mr. Stanislaw Tillich and the Polish Minister of the Economy, Mr. Dariusz Bogdan.

"Kraksat" Group, eight high school students from V High School in Krakow and Senior High School in Andrychów will present a model spacecraft during the finals of the European Space Agency (ESA) "Cansat" event. The event will take place between 10-14 April in the ESA headquarters in the Netherlands. Comarch is proud to support these eight young, emerging talents.

German public television station, ZDF recently aired a report about the potential and developmental opportunities that Comarch can offer its German clients.
