Wojciech Mach joined Comarch in June 2025, taking on the role of Vice President in the Financial Services Division, where he is responsible for the strategy and business growth of IT solutions for banking, insurance, and capital markets. He has extensive experience in management, organizational scaling, revenue diversification, and leading brand expansion into global markets. For nearly seven years, he served as CEO of GFT Poland, overseeing the implementation of numerous pioneering projects. He also developed his professional career at Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, and Luxoft.

He is an experienced leader in digital transformation and process optimization, as well as an expert in building and developing teams in the IT services market. A strong advocate of artificial intelligence and the impact of new technologies on business and society, he actively promotes continuous learning.

He shares his knowledge and expertise as a university lecturer and as a speaker at industry conferences, focusing on business strategy, financial services, and organizational development.
