Mateusz began his career as a software engineer in the enterprise technology sector before spending over a decade at McKinsey & Company. There, he advised enterprise software and services companies on growth strategies and operational improvements. This experience fostered a dual perspective that allows him to effectively integrate technical depth with strategic business transformation.

His comprehensive background includes core skills in product development and management, sales effectiveness, partnership ecosystems, and enterprise GenAI adoption.

Mateusz holds a Master of Science from the Warsaw University of Technology’s Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
