A lawyer specializing in investment structuring, financing, and corporate advisory. In recent years, she served as a manager at the Polish Development Fund (PFR), where she acted as an in-house lawyer within PFR's investment teams, providing legal support at all stages of the investment process, including the structuring and execution of transactions, as well as in matters of compliance and supervision over PFR's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining PFR, she spent over seven years in the Warsaw office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig in the banking and finance department, advising leading financial institutions and corporate clients on complex financial transactions, cross-border transactions, and corporate matters.
