Comarch SFA Mobile Manager lets sales managers be mobile. The app monitors how the field sales is performing.

 

 

It enables fast access to information about customers, deals and targets. The app is available for smartphones and tablets with Android, Windows and iOS.

Functionalities

CUSTOMER CARD

This function provides access to a client database (own and subordinates’) and allows employees to submit changes concerning a customert's data or status. It is also possible to add a new customer or make changes to an existing one

PRODUCT CARD

This module ensures access to a product catalog. Product parameters, logistics data and photos can also be accessed

MESSAGES

Provides constant two-way communication with employees thanks to single or collective text messages

ROUTE MANAGEMENT

New routes can be defined, reviewed and accepted. Route maps are displayed in the Google Maps module

ABSENCES

Absences submitted by employees can be reviewed and accepted or denied

ANALYTICS

Provides basic reports for a manager in order to mange the work of employees. This includes order reports (sales reports), target completion reports, and marketing action reports (tasks and questionnaires)

FOLLOW-UP VISITS

The follow-up visit module allows a manager to access data added by an employee during a call and to verify it during a follow-up visit. The result of the verification is later available in an appropriate report in the Online Manager application

Comarch Helpdesk is the 1st line of support for Comarch SFA system users. Comarch consultants provide telephone support available in 6 languages (EN, DE, PL, UA, RU, FR) - 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Comarch 2nd line of support provides email support (ticketing system) concerning the installation, configuration and bug fixing.

MOBILE DEVICE SERVICE

Comarch provides additional mobile device services in order to ensure uninterrupted work for mobile users.

TRAINING

As part of the implementation of the Online Distribution module, Comarch offers one-time or cyclical normalization and harmonization services for data obtained from distributors / wholesale outlets.

DATA QUALITY VERIFICATION

As part of the implementation of the Online Distribution module, the cyclical verification of data, obtained from distributors/wholesale outlets, is performed by comparing electronic data with hard-copy versions (reports, and lists generated by the distributor).

GEOCOORDINATES FOR EACH POINT OF SALE

As part of the Geomarketing service we provide application sharing geocoordinate assignment to each point of sale.
