Heathrow Airport, Aer Lingus, BT One Phone, UniCredit, ING, UNIQA – these are only a few companies taking part in the Comarch User Group 2016. As every year, our current and prospective clients come to Kraków to meet each other, exchange experiences and familiarize themselves with our solutions.
The event, held in ICE Kraków Congress Centre on September 20 and 21, is devoted to sharing insightful presentations and case studies reflecting the industry trends and hands-on project experiences. This year the main topics revolve around building customer loyalty, effective management of business models in telecommunications, as well as building and managing financial products. One of the speakers will be a Forrester research company representative.
On the first day of the event, Janusz Filipiak, the founder and CEO of Comarch will present the company’s strategy in terms of research and development. After three Comarch employees will share their experience in three fields: emotional loyalty through non-transactional interaction, digital transformation and customer journey and last, but not least new face of big data. The second day of Comarch Use Group will be divided into three themes – BSS/OSS, Loyalty and Finance. Comarch employees will present and discuss case studies of solutions implemented in Scandinavian Airlines, Deutsche Bank or Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai.
