Comarch EDI International Conference was held for the third time. This year, in Munich, about 50 representatives of companies from many countries of Europe discussed EDI (electronic document interchange) issues for two days.

The conference was attended by representatives of companies from countries such as Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Russia, Latvia, France, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Finland and Turkey. The conference was addressed to the directors and managers of sales, logistics and IT. The introduction was given by Dr. Ing Christoph Kurpiński, CEO of Comarch Software und Beratung. Among the numerous interesting lectures, one worth mentioning was presented by Bruno Koch, CEO of Billentis, and Sylwester Stasiak at Pekao SA.

The topic of this year's conference was focused on the optimization of business processes through electronic documents exchange. Individual presentations were divided into three thematic groups: e-invoice, transmission of documents, logistic label. The speakers presented issues based on specific examples of case studies, showing the experience of companies that have chosen to use the above-mentioned solution in their actions.

The next edition of the EDI International Conference will be held next year.
