Digital Milestone: TOI TOI & DIXI Belgium Goes Live with Peppol

In close collaboration with our customer TOI TOI & DIXI solutions and service concepts, we successfully reached a major milestone this September: the go-live for outbound electronic invoicing via the Peppol network in Belgium.

Streamlining Processes through Standardization

By connecting to the Peppol network, TOI TOI & DIXI Belgium is embracing a future-proof standard that automates and secures the exchange of invoice data between businesses and public authorities.

Key Project Details:

  • Scope: Outbound invoicing for the Belgian market.
  • Format: Implementation of the Peppol BIS 3.0 UBL standard, ensuring full compliance with local Belgian regulations.
  • The “Plus” Factor: To enhance readability and accelerate processing for the recipient, we implemented a specialized feature: embedded visualizations directly within the Peppol file. This combines structured data with a clear visual representation for the best of both worlds.

Looking Ahead: Next Stop, France

With Belgium successfully integrated, the next milestone is already on the horizon. The rollout for France is planned as the next phase.
