Comarch Confirmed as an FTA-Approved Accredited Service Provider (ASP) for the UAE E-Invoicing Mandate
Comarch is proud to announce its designation as an FTA-Approved Accredited Service Provider (ASP) in the United Arab Emirates. This establishes Comarch as a “Trust Anchor” within the nation’s new digital invoicing ecosystem.
ASP: The Core of the UAE’s 5-Corner Model
As the UAE shifts to a Decentralized Continuous Transaction Control and Exchange (DCTCE) framework based on the Peppol 5-Corner Model, partnering with an ASP is becoming a legal necessity. In this structure, the ASP serves as Corner 2 and Corner 3, acting as the regulated intermediary that replaces direct, unsecured links between trading partners.
By achieving pre-approval to operate as an Accredited Service Provider, Comarch demonstrates its readiness to assume core legal and technical responsibilities on behalf of businesses, including:
- Data Transformation: Converting invoice data into the mandatory PINT-AE (UAE Data Dictionary) format.
- Exchange & Validation: Managing secure data flows through the ASP network and handling submissions directly to the FTA.
- Security & Archiving: Meeting the UAE’s stringent cybersecurity standards and keeping your data securely archived according to local sovereignty laws.
Prepare for the 2027 Mandate with a Trusted Partner
While many providers are still building their solutions, Comarch’s platform is already fully operational. Being FTA-approved ASP means our infrastructure is actively tested and ready to protect your business against operational failures and financial penalties.
We are already leveraging this expertise through high-profile implementations in the region, demonstrating our robust capability to handle complex, high-volume transactions. This highlights our ability to integrate local compliance requirements with global operational standards, supported by a dedicated regional expert team.
The FTA's official penalty table is now public, outlining fines of AED 5,000 simply for failing to appoint an ASP by the deadline. With our successful production tests via the EmaraTax portal and a proven track record in PINT-AE mapping, Comarch is uniquely positioned to guide you safely toward the January 2027 mandate.
“Securing the FTA approval proves our absolute readiness for the upcoming e-invoicing mandate in the UAE,” states the Comarch MEA team. “By stepping in as a secure Trust Anchor, we enable organizations operating in MEA to transform a compliance hurdle into a competitive advantage through seamless automation.”
