So far, “E‑Invoicing Pulse” has captured how outside experts and our long‑time partners see the shift to mandatory e‑invoicing. This time, we turn the camera on our own side of the table. Michał Kacperek, Consulting Director for DACH at Comarch E‑Invoicing, joined us for a quick interview to share what years of hands‑on rollouts have taught him.
Michał has a long list of e‑invoicing myths to bust, starting with a familiar assumption: that switching to e‑invoicing makes accounts payable fully touchless. “You’re going to validate your invoices anyway,” he says – no matter how much of the process gets automated, that check still needs a person behind it.
